1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Family Time, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Family Time is an online card game platform that allows users to play Oh Hell, Spades, Hearts, and UNO with friends and family. The platform includes video/voice chat, AI opponents, family groups, game scheduling, and player statistics.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a unique username and password to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the platform or other users.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue playing.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal — no questions asked.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users via chat or video
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the platform's operation
- Use automated tools or bots to gain an unfair advantage
- Share content that is hateful, violent, or inappropriate for a family audience
6. Video & Voice Chat
Video and voice chat features use peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. You are responsible for your conduct during video/voice sessions. We do not record audio or video.
7. Intellectual Property
The Family Time platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Family Time. Traditional card game rules (Oh Hell, Spades, Hearts) and UNO game mechanics belong to their respective rights holders.
8. Limitation of Liability
Family Time is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, interrupted service, or unauthorized access to your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
