Family Groups: If you create or join a family group, we store the group name, membership, and scheduled events.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your credit card number.
Communications: In-game chat messages are stored temporarily for the duration of your game session.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the game platform
- To manage your account and authenticate your sessions
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- To send email notifications for family invites, game schedules, and password resets
- To display game history and stats on player profiles
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — to process payments
- Resend — to deliver transactional emails
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS, httpOnly session cookies, and rate limiting to protect your data.
5. Video & Voice Chat
Video and voice chat use peer-to-peer WebRTC connections between players. Audio and video streams are not recorded or stored on our servers.
6. Cookies
We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
7. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
